Steve is the founder of the
firm. He became a Texas Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University
(1977). Steve is a member of TSCPA, AICPA and the
Wichita Falls Chapter of CPA's. He is also very active in the community. He
is an active member of First Baptist Church, Bowie. |

Karen has been with the
firm since 1999. Prior to joining the firm, she had extensive experience in
the Oil & Gas Industry as an accountant. She graduated from the
University of Texas at Arlington in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration. Karen became a Texas Certified Public Accountant in 1986. Karen is a member of TSCPA, AICPA and the
Wichita Falls Chapter of CPAs. She is an active member of Vashti Baptist
Church. |

Lisa graduated from Texas
A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. Lisa became a Texas CPA in 1996 and has
extensive experience in auditing & financial reporting in a variety of
industries. Lisa is a member of TSCPA,
AICPA and the Wichita Falls Chapter of CPAs.
She is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Bowie |

Donna has been with the
firm since 2008 as Office Assistant.
She is a Senior Administrative Assistant with over 25 years experience
in diversified office practices including accounting and bookkeeping. Donna is a member of the
Christian Motorcycle Association and also an active member of Silver Lakes
Community Church, Bowie.

She is now a Paraprofessional and began assisting with tax return
